What began as a love and passion for cooking, selecting the highest quality meats and seasoning to perfection — quickly became a passion for sharing those experiences with others. Back home in Jamaica, home-cooked meals, gathered ‘round a large table filled with the vibrations of love from our large families are the norm, but here we find ourselves buried in the busyness of life.

Connection is a basic human need, just like shelter, food, and water. It is in our nature to thrive in the presence of others, especially loved ones, and it is these experiences where we grow and develop most securely — yet we have found that fewer and fewer families are gathering in today’s busy world, and even less are maintaining their culture simply due to ever-growing costs and time constraints.

It is with this in mind that we decided to combine our love for authentic Caribbean cooking, seasonings and food presentation with our deep desire to help families maintain their connection, offering them a comforting sense of home amidst a world that can sometimes leave you feeling homesick.

What started as acts of love for friends and family, quickly blossomed into a thriving passion project that allows us to bring our authentic Caribbean, pre-seasoned meats, and exclusive seasonings to families across the GTA.

Once we saw the difference in connection in the families we were helping and heard their testimonials about how something as simple as a home-cooked meal could bring a sense of comfort and peace or even inspiration, while forging deeper bonds with one another, we knew that we were on to something, and it is then that Season Pro was born.

From church events to birthday parties, backyard barbeques to a new take on Sunday meal prep, the essence of the Caribbean — love, connection, and fun — are at the heart of everything that we do.

We currently offer pre-seasoned meats and spices, along with prepared sides that can be ordered in advance for pick-up or delivery on the day of your event. Catering options are also available by request only.
